Talking Art

28 Nov

Yesterday afternoon in P7b we spent the afternoon talking about art with Gil Paterson the MSP for Clydebank and Milngavie. We discussed the meaning of art and how art can be anything you create . We also talked about how almost everything you can think of can be touched by art, from Kaitlyn’s grandpa’s homemade wardrobe to Mr Paterson’s chinese silk tie. We talked about our George Wyllie project and were happy to hear that Mr Paterson was a fan of George Wyllie’s art too! We also talked about how Clydebank and how we can improve our community. We finished the afternoon singing Wyllie’s Paper Boat Song together. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
